As the CEO of the Chamber of Commerce and a business consultant/coach, I have worked with hundreds of small businesses owners, corporate CEOs and start-up companies. Through this, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex issues they face in growing their business, particularly when they are feeling stuck or economic conditions create challenging situations.
I know the challenges and pain of being a small business owner having worked with so many. I also know what it takes to get a start-up business off the ground as the co-founder of FamousRadio.com. Many times, the business can become the owner’s life and they don’t have the resources to navigate all the challenges they face. My goal is straightforward – to help serious small business owners increase the profitability of their business and have a reasonably life-work balance.

The Small Business CEO really got started back in in 2017. After a catastrophic heart attack my doctors thought I would not make it. But through the grace of God and lot of hard work, I was able to beat the odds and fully recovered. More on my medical journey HERE. 
As I was recovering, I had one of those “light bulb’ moments-- it became clear what I would do with my second chance. I would become the Small Biz CEO and provide support and assistance to business owners of small to medium sized businesses.

With every client, I have been able to help them think like a CEO, focus on the growth of their business and most importantly increase their bottom line. My experience provides a unique blend of experience and technology to support business owners and quickly and effectively identify and implement the right strategies in the correct order. This will allow allowing them to grow their business to its maximum capacity.
