What is the Moving Forward Roundtable?
The Moving Forward Roundtable is not for everyone. It is not a networking activity or a monthly seminar, it’s a “roll up your sleeves” group that seeks to maximize the talents and strengths of each member in such a way that build trust and momentum for results.
We use the mastermind group format to bring a group of business owners from non-competing industries together in a confidential setting to help with problem solving and decision making. Through a structured agenda that includes a Hot Seat” which provides group brainstorming and peer accountability.
I meet individually with each member to help them prepare their issue or opportunity for their turn in the Hot Seat. My role as facilitator is to help members dig a little deeper to clearly identify an issue or opportunity and work with the group to bring out ideas and potential solutions that you may not have considered.

At each meeting, two (2) members will have time in the “hot seat” to present an idea, issue, problem or opportunity confronting their business and get input and feedback from other group members. The group also helps identify next steps.
